Description

UNC Health Medical Group in partnership with UNC Health Caldwell in Lenoir, NC is seeking a full time Hospitalist Physician to join the team.

Financial Package:

Schedule: Full-time, 7am-7pm (7 days on-7 days off)

EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

  • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Trained
  • Open ICU
  • Must run codes
  • Procedures may be required
  • Avg 14-17 pts per day, per Dr

Education Requirements:

  • Meeting the Board Certification requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
  • Board Certified Internal Medicine
  • DEA;ACLS;MD
Professional Experience Requirements:
  • Prefer prior hospitalist experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.
REASONING ABILITY

High-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Internal Medicine.
