Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)

Duration: 12-Month + extensions or conversion

Overview

• We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to support development initiatives across front-end, back-end, data, and DevOps environments.
• The role requires hands-on development across the technology stack while collaborating with engineering teams to design, build, test, and deliver scalable applications.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working with modern development frameworks, cloud environments, and CI/CD pipelines, while contributing to both application development and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience
• Comfortable working in a full stack development environment
• Strong experience with Python and Java for backend development
• Front-end development experience using Angular
• Solid SQL experience with relational databases
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Terraform
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks (PyTest or similar)
• Ability to work across both front-end and back-end technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications across both front-end and back-end layers.
• Build user interfaces using Angular and develop backend services using Python and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work across the entire software development lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain SQL-based data solutions using technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Aurora.
• Perform data transformations, queries, and performance optimization.
• Support data-related development tasks which represent approximately 25-30% of the role.
• Work within AWS cloud environments, leveraging services such as: AWS RDS, EC2
• Support CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Terraform.
• Assist with building and maintaining code delivery pipelines and adapting to evolving cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to automation strategies that improve development and deployment workflows.
• Adopt and leverage AI tools to enhance development productivity.

Interview Process

• 1^st Round Virtual Technical Interview with technical leads
• 2^nd Round Onsite Interview with the engineering team (final round)
• Both rounds are mandatory, and successful completion of the technical interview is required to proceed to the onsite stage.
