Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter

Duration: 5 to 6 months

Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304

Pay rate:$45 - 53 hourly on W2

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is what you'll do: -

• Lead and execute recruiting strategy that takes into account need to hire professionals at the tops of their fields who are located all over the country and the world
• Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets
• Develop interview process that supports hiring for culture and values and work intensively with design, engineering, and business functions to improve every employee's effectiveness at identifying the right talent
• Work hard, exceed expectations, challenge

This is what you'll need: -

• 5+ years of recruiting experience conducting national talent searches, preferably at a firm that experienced rapid growth for sustained period of at least 12 months
• Experience hiring for highly specialized technical roles
• Bachelors Degree preferred
