Under the direction of the Program Directors and Administrative Director of Education, the fellowship coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective administration of the Cardiology Division's Fellowship Programs. The focus of this position will be to support the clinical cardiology fellowship programs. The fellowship coordinator will:
(1) assist the Administrative Director to ensure that fellow recruitment, orientation, scheduling and credentialing processes are successfully implemented; assists the Program Director with individual Fellow compliance to academic requirements and hospital regulations, record and report completion and performance evaluations; (2) assists Program Directors and Administrative Director with planning, development, staging and assessment of conferences for fellows/teaching faculty on issues related to professional development; (3) coordinates resident, non-MGH fellow, and student rotations within the Cardiology Division; (4) assist fellows as needed with logistical needs such as EPIC issues, linens in fellow's room, meal cards, printer and computer issues, white coats, conference room booking, etc.; (5) complete verification requests for current and prior trainees Education The General Hospital Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
