The ideal Provider Engagement Manager (PEM) will serve as the liaison between the physician practice and various internal and external stakeholders to help nephrologists achieve value-based targets and objectives. The Provider Engagement Manager (PEM) will serve as the key point of contact to streamline communication with physician practices and facilitate the achievement of program goals including the improvement of clinical outcomes. The PEM will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, clinical, operations, and business leaders across DaVita. Remote role with up to 20% travel between locations in the designated region of Northern and Central NJ. Occasional travel to NYC partner practices. Essential Functions/Responsibilities for the Provider Engagement Manager (PEM): The Provider Engagement Manager (PEM) will Partner and manage successful relationship(s) with Nephrologist(s) to build trust and physician satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for physician practice.
