Job Posting: Title Clerk (Entry Level) Description We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Title Clerk to support the processing of vehicle titles for online auto sales. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely handling of approximately 2,500 titles per day in a fastpaced, highvolume environment. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong attention to detail, able to work both independently and as part of a closeknit team. Key Responsibilities * Match vehicle titles with bills of sale and organize them into alphabetical sorters by dealer name. * Alphabetize incoming titles with speed and accuracy. * Once trained, receive titles into the computer system and ensure proper documentation. * Stamp, assign, and process titles according to company procedures. * Prepare and package titles for shipment. * Maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of paperwork and data entry. * Support the team with additional title-related tasks as needed. Required Skills * Title processing familiarity (training provided) * Accurate data entry * Document scanning and handling * Strong alphabetization skills * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy Qualifications * Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highvolume work environment * Fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude * Strong typing and computer navigation skills * Ability to work independently and within a team * Receptive to feedback and constructive criticism * Excellent work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail * Auto title experience is a plus, but not required Experience Level Entry Level - perfect for candidates looking to grow their skills in administrative, clerical, or automotive operations. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
