We are seeking a* Customer Success Manager* to support customers in the Media and Entertainment space. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving adoption of key solutions, and ensuring customers achieve measurable value from their investment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Product to identify new growth opportunities, strengthen value propositions, and support longterm customer success.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings curiosity and creativity to problemsolving, and is committed to guiding customers toward meaningful outcomes. *What You'll Do* * Own the overall success of assigned customers, including renewal readiness, product usage, customer health, and satisfaction * Serve as the primary point of contact across the postsales lifecycle * Develop measurable success plans with clear outcomes and maintain ongoing communication with customer stakeholders * Partner with members of the account team to support customer strategy and long-term roadmaps * Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and effective engagement planning * Share innovative ideas and best practices to help customers advance their creative and operational workflows * Identify customer risk areas and collaborate with internal teams to create mitigation and improvement strategies * Represent customer needs internally by sharing insights, strategic use cases, and enhancement requests * Lead initiatives that continuously improve the customer success function and overall customer enablement *Qualifications* *Required:* * Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant professional experience * 10+ years of experience in technology success or services (Customer Success, Consulting, Business Development, client-side roles, etc.) * Strong passion for driving customer success and delivering measurable outcomes * Proven success managing a portfolio of large, complex, strategic enterprise accounts * Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills * Ability to prioritize, multitask, and operate effectively under pressure * Strong communication and relationshipbuilding capabilities, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster collaborative partnerships * Familiarity with software in the digital marketing and/or digital media space * Expertise in program management within large organizations; ability to drive alignment and inspire change * Demonstrated skill in account planning and developing customer success plans * Confidence and effectiveness in leading executive-level conversations, presentations, meetings, and workshops * Willingness to travel approximately 20% *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $112.68 - $112.68/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
