Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager of AI Commerce Strategy & Partnerships will lead Visa's strategic positioning, go-to-market approach, and senior partnership development in the rapidly emerging AI commerce space. This role is for someone who can map a fast-moving ecosystem - identify where value is accruing, who the key players are, and what the right bets look like - and translate that thinking into clear strategy, compelling narratives, and commercial outcomes. You will develop deep expertise across AI platforms, agent infrastructure, emerging payment protocols, and developer ecosystems. You will shape Visa's external positioning in AI commerce, inform product roadmaps and investment decisions, and lead senior engagement with the most important companies defining how AI-native commerce works. This is an opportunity to join Visa's newly created Global Growth Products and Partnerships team, which leads the rollout and commercialization of industry-leading innovation products with strategic partners. The team operates at the frontier of payments and AI - running a developer lab, prototyping agent payment flows, and building partnerships with the companies shaping the future of autonomous commerce. The ideal candidate brings sharp strategic instincts, genuine curiosity about AI and developer ecosystems, and a track record of producing original thinking in complex, fast-moving markets. You understand how technology platforms compete, how developer ecosystems develop, and how to build a clear point of view when the landscape is changing fast.
