You will support access points, observe activity across the property, and communicate clearly with team members and site personnel while delivering strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, injuries, and/or other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site management and/or public responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Support access control by verifying identification and/or credentials, monitoring entry and exit points for employees, contractors, and drivers, and assisting with visitor and vendor processing as required by site policy.
• Complete timely incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
