Summary: The Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and servicing financial advisors affiliated with Osaic Advisory Services (RIA) through personal interaction. Engaged in account setups, user credentialing, portfolio management, and reporting within the Black Diamond, Orion platform, the role will also provide troubleshooting support, manage data feeds, and assist with Salesforce-related account configurations and integrations. This position involves close collaboration with financial advisors, administrative staff, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes and high-quality service delivery.
