Key Position Details: Primary care team has 6 Family Medicine Physicians, 6 IM Peds Physicians, 6 Internal Medicine Physicians Primary Care physicians at this clinic are close knit and drawn to collaborative work Multispecialty (MHI, mental health, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, Concussion Clinic, INR clinic) all on site 36 patient contact hours per week Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families Clinic hours are Monday- Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm and closed Saturday-Sunday EMR: Excellian is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation. Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities. Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management. Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows. Pay Range Pay Range: $290,500 to $339,800 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
