As Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a dynamic, patientfocused practice, guiding a dedicated clinical and administrative team that supports our providers and delivers compassionate, highquality care to the community. St. Louis, MO 63128

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full Time, Exempt Position

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience: Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office required.
Preferred Experience: 2 or more years' experience in a physician or medical office preferred. Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Preferred Knowledge: Knowledge of managed care billing practices preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire clinic staff, ensuring smooth daytoday operations, optimal team performance, and a supportive work environment.

  • Champion operational excellence by ensuring all clinical, technical, and administrative processes align with Mercy's standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner closely with physicians to support their workflow, enhance satisfaction, and remove barriers to outstanding patient care.

  • Elevate the patient experience through intentional process improvements, servicefirst culture building, and a commitment to quality.

  • Drive performance outcomes in areas such as coworker engagement, patient satisfaction, clinical quality, and financial stewardship.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership-including the Director or VP of Operations-to advance strategic initiatives and strengthen overall business performance.

  • Embrace continuous improvement, taking ownership of opportunities that enhance efficiency, care delivery, and team success.
