Material Handler Shift: 3rd, (11pm-7am) *Pay: $21/hr (Based on Experience)* We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production flow by supplying materials to molding machines and supporting smooth changeovers when orders are completed. Job description: Safely supply materials to molding machines and monitor resin levels to prevent downtime. Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks (company forklift certification required, regardless of prior experience). Utilize IQMS and Microsoft Office applications to review work orders, bills of materials, production status, and upcoming material needs. Run system reports (including the 111 Report) to plan for resin changes, colorant changes, and packaging requirements. Search inventory for required materials and coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery. Operate material handling equipment such as dryers, blenders, grinders, receivers, pallet tippers, and vacuums. Perform preventative maintenance tasks including screen and filter cleaning, magnet cleaning, and equipment inspections. Test and document moisture content of hygroscopic resins using a moisture analyzer. Label materials properly to prevent cross-contamination.
