Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI) Secretary II is seeking an experienced Secretary II to provide administrative support for processing, maintaining, and recording routine, recurring operations for the Army Traffic Safety Training Program (ATSTP). The Secretary II ensures training policies and procedures are updated with applicable rules, standards and S.O.P.'s. The Secretary II processes and maintains records for all correspondence between ATSTP, the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, CFSS and other industry partners. The Secretary II is responsible for submitting, maintaining and monitoring personnel records, financial invoices and expense reports needed or directed by the ATSTP Program Manager and will monitor all ATSTP reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission to appropriate offices and agencies. The total hourly pay for this non-exempt position ($28.55per hour for up to 40 hours per week) is comprised of a base hourly rate of$23.51plus$5.04per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations. The above rate represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Serves as the technical assistant on personnel and training actions and is highly knowledgeable resource for requests for personnel actions and fellowship appointments Prepares personnel packages for appointments Assists ATSTP Staff on technical or procedural aspects regarding training, career opportunities, personnel actions, property, travel, work requests and other administrative processes Assists in collecting accurate data and providing summaries for use by ATSTP Staff in making decisions, for analysis, or for other executive use Provides initial review of travel documents before submission to the Program Manager Obtains policy updates from Ethics Office Advises employees on policy regarding general administrative procedures; assists staff or instructs them on use of administrative systems, such as Administrative Database, Automated Timekeeping and more Serves as travel coordinator for preparation of documents related to local, domestic, foreign and outside activity travel | |
