Compensation:

• Starting Rate$18.50/hour

• • Additional$3/hrfor hours worked during3rdshift on-site in ourEagan, MNoffice.

• • Additional $1.00 per hour for bi-lingual Spanish/English speakers.

• • Bonuses:additional$3-5/hrfor top performers,additional$1.50/hrfor average performers

• Career Growth: Potential to earn up to $20.25/hr within your 1st year based on performance

Schedules:

• MandatoryPaidTraining:Monday - Friday2:00 pm -10:30pmCT(5Weeks)

• Shift Time:4:30pm -1:00amCT(4 weekdays and 1 weekend day)

Day in the Life:

Vivint's Alarm Monitoring Specialists protect families and property 24/7.

• Dispatch police,fire,or EMS when needed.

• Notify customers of non-emergency signals.

• Notify account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch.

• Receive and process inbound calls requesting information.

• Includes comprehensive training on both alarm standard operating procedures and how toassistcustomers in emergency situations.

MinimumRequirements:

• Must be able to reliably commute to ourEagan, MNoffice(within 50 miles)

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be able to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License (or equivalent) in all 50 states

• High School Diploma or equivalent
