As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. You will document activity, support site protocols, and work closely with a team that is agile, reliable, and innovative. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, residents, employees, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points, observe for unusual conditions, and assist with visitor directions, basic inquiries, and compliance with posted rules and site procedures.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to ride a bike is required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
