Position Summary The Cooler Leader must ensure the proper execution of assigned processes within the cooler operation, assisting the supervisor in problem resolution and continuous improvement, and following company policies and OSHA regulations. Qualifications Required Minimum of 1-year current experience in a manufacturing environment Preferred Experience in food and beverage industry Education High School diploma or Equivalent or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training. Technical Knowledge
