Salary Pay Range for This Position:

$133,275.00 - $206,623.00

POSITION SUMMARY:

Strategic and creative leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization's brand vision across all touchpoints. This role drives brand strategy, creative development, and content creation to deliver compelling, consistent storytelling that strengthens brand equity and engagement. It oversees digital experience marketing and social media programs, ensuring seamless integration of creative assets and campaigns. Additionally, the position manages relationships with external creative vendors, guiding design and production to maintain quality and alignment with brand standards.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:

Develop and execute brand strategy to ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all channels.

Lead creative direction and oversee the production of high-quality content for digital, social, and traditional platforms.

Manage digital experience marketing initiatives, optimizing user engagement and brand storytelling.

Drive social media strategy, content planning, and performance analysis to grow audience reach and engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative output with marketing objectives and business goals.

Oversee external creative vendors, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, and budget requirements.

Monitor content performance metrics and apply insights to enhance creative effectiveness and ROI.

Champion innovation in creative approaches, tools, and technologies to keep the brand competitive and relevant.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

COMMITTEE PARTICIPATION:

Member of Management Team: Joins with all members of management to review and address member service delivery and related functions, operational policies, employee issues, quality control problems, planning items, and other Wescom activities. The position is eligible for the Credit Union's Management Team Incentive Program and Team Award.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience required.

Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.

Bachelor's Degree required and five to seven years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, graphic design, or a related field

Proven experience managing creative teams and vendors, developing brand and content strategy

Ability to work with little supervision and ability to make sound decision in accordance to the brand standards and department guidelines.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be proficient in technology applications including the Credit Union's operating system and specialized software required for performance of position.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position may qualify as Remote or Hybrid with a home base at one of Wescom's offices. The Remote or Hybrid status may be discontinued by Wescom in its sole discretion at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without notice by Wescom or Employee.
