Description and Requirements This is an individual contributor role within the North America Sales Operations organization, reporting to the Sr. Manager, NA Sales Operations. The role supports the execution and effectiveness of Sales Plays and Leads across segments, partnering cross-functionally to ensure plays and leads are operationalized to drive consistent execution, visibility, and impact. The position focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of Sales Plays and incoming leads by ensuring they are clearly tracked, measured, and embedded into seller workflows and manager reviews. This includes building and maintaining the operational mechanisms -- processes, dashboards, and cadence inputs --that enable teams to understand performance, identify gaps, and improve execution.
