About the Role We are seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to support our nationwide service operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new products, and providing exceptional experiences for customers-both over the phone and in person. You will support 24 locations across the U.S., focusing on 2-3 at a time, with a daily goal of roughly 50 outbound calls. This is primarily an outreach and follow-up position with very little inbound calling.
