You will monitor activity from the desk, manage calls and visitor logs, and communicate quickly with hospital teams when situations arise. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Greet and screen visitors, vendors, and staff; issue temporary credentials as directed; and maintain visitor logs in accordance with location protocols.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, phones, and radio traffic; help to deter unauthorized entry by reporting concerns and escalating per post orders.
• Respond to incidents, disruptive behavior, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with clinical staff and/or local responders when appropriate.
• Complete shift reports and incident documentation, communicate pertinent information during post handoffs, and support confidentiality requirements within a healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• This post is in a hospital environment where vaccines are required.
• This post is in a hospital environment with a morgue.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• This post requires restraining individuals in a hospital environment.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
