KPMG is currently seeking a Director, UKG to join our Advisory Services practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Sell and deliver UKG transformations in one or more of the following UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products and modules: UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Dimensions; sell and deliver strategy, transformation, and innovation projects that span aspects across multiple industries including WFM
  • Own and lead client projects focused on improvement, optimization and transformation; build strategic roadmaps and implement them with particular attention to Workforce Management (WFM); plan and facilitate strategic design sessions working with executives and leadership; develop high quality work products utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data as directed (written briefings, status reports, issues risks logs) for presentation to clients and demonstrate problem solving skills through critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, intellectual rigor and questioning when breaking down and analyzing complex issues and framing approaches for potential solutions
  • Conduct proposal development and other new business activities including the development of go to market materials, creation of new solutions to take to market, leveraging new and existing relationships with client business leaders; display an appreciation for the complete cycle of work and understand the impact of assignments on the overall goal of projects
  • Deliver process improvement and transformation projects that span all aspects of operations within a Workforce Management system specifically with UKG; work as part of a team focused on solving complex operational issues utilizing market leading technology-enabled solutions and advanced analytics in conjunction with industry expertise in one or more industries
  • Independently and collaboratively participate in client projects focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes aiming at quality, operational and financial improvements; conduct business requirements gathering, document review, data-driven insights, and process mapping
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum twelve years of recent, relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Strategy and Transformation, Organization Design and Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies and Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Go To Market business development and creation of new solutions; preferred ten years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm; Big 4 experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; preferred concentrations include business administration, information technology, biology and life sciences, economics, finance, industrial engineering or a related field; Master's degree from an accredited college or university a plus
  • Solid experience leading teams managing projects, leading meetings, drafting status reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, workflow analysis and design; project experiences consisting of WFM
  • Progressive experience with working on teams with some exposure to managing projects, leading meetings, drafting status reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, workflow analysis and design; proven project experiences consist of clinical, quality, financial, information technology and operational
  • Experience with handling, analyzing, and evaluating large data sets (for example: Tableau, SQL, Excel, Access, Power BI) and Data Warehouse management along with Workforce Management, ideally UKG Dimensions
  • Proven expertise, including certifications, in one or more of the following UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products and modules: UKG Pro: Proficient in modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Performance. UKG Ready: Knowledgeable in Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Hiring, and HR; UKG Dimensions: experienced with advanced scheduling, workforce management, analytics, and mobile solutions; proven performance leading strategic initiatives
  • Ability to travel as needed
