Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support and mentor staff in an effort to communicate with internal and external customers most effectively
  • Troubleshoot issues related to internal and external customers. Provide responses to Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Contract Discrepancy reports after research of these concerns
  • Determine appropriate outcome of provider status based on research performed
  • Participate in miscellaneous duties assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related experience (provider relations, network management, customer service, negotiations)
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents) Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets and general navigation) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar)
  • 1+ years of experience in the Dedicated Network Operations Specialist position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • VBA knowledge or experience
  • Medical, dental, or healthcare insurance experience
  • MedNet experience
  • Provider Relations and medical knowledge
  • Working knowledge of medical and dental terminology

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
