Description
UDR, Inc. is now hiring an Ops Programs Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in Highlands Ranch. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for managing and administering the Associate Lease Program for all communities. Drives organization and success to the Associate Lease Program while ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Responsible for analyzing existing company processes and recommending strategies that streamline operations and drive NOI. Associate will work directly with Manager and department personnel to provide support on new ideas, initiatives, process improvements, and standardizations across the company. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports directly to the Sr. Director - OPS Strategic Initiatives and Policy Management SUPERVISION EXERCISED: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Owns the process for Associate leasing, including but not limited to: All Associate move-ins, transfers, renewals, and roommate changes 2. Responsible for obtaining Associate applications, receipt of holding fees, and screening Associates according to the company's credit and criminal screening standards 3. Responsible for diligent communication of the Associate approval process with on-site personnel, Operations Support, management, and other departments 4. Responsible for generating and sending Lease Agreements and Associate discount forms to Associates and their roommates for electronic signature 5. Responsible for administering, tracking, and reporting Associate taxation rates and monthly discounts or stipends 6. Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and enforcing Associate late payment policies and Associate delinquency 7. Responsible for providing support on new ideas, initiatives, process improvements, and standardizations across the company 8. Responsible for analyzing existing processes and recommending strategies that streamline operations, tighten processes, and drive NOI 9. Responsible for providing reoccurring reporting and metrics surrounding the Associate Lease Program and KPIs assigned by supervisor EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, required. 2. A minimum of two years of experience in residential properties, property management, or related business operations is required. 3. OneSite, Docusign, Bluemoon, and Excel software experience is preferred. Benefits Offered:
