The OperationalSpacePrograms(OSP)team, part of CSG'sNASA Programs Division(NPD), providesprogram management and systems engineering support tobothNASA-centricand joint agencyprograms atNASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).This supportspansall program phases, from conceptthrough design, development, deployment, andoperations, all program sizes, from small exploratory projects through large flagship programs, and both flight and ground systems. The selected candidate will serve as theGroundSystems DirectorforOSP (Systems Director - Engineering Program Management and Systems Engineering),responsible forprogram management and systems engineering supportto ground systemsperformingoperationalcommand and control and data processing functionsfor NOAA'sLEO and GEOweather satellites. In this role, you will apply yourSystemsEngineeringskills tounderstand and define solutions for customers'hard problemsand yourProgramManagementskills toorganize andleadmultipleAerospace effortstodeliver results to solve these problemson schedule and within budget. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
