Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part time position. Bonus amountproratedfor Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6months ofseparation from employment.

We'reseeking a Physical Therapist withPelvicFloor Rehab experience.


  • Treats men and women for urinary and fecal incontinence and pelvic pain.

  • Treats women prenatally and post-partum.


Will consider training the right candidate.

Part Time(20 hours per week) / Day Shift

Summary:

The Physical Therapistrole performs physical therapy evaluations, develops plans, and carries out treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part; helps patients reach their maximum performancein accordance with the Plan of Care prescribed by the provider. Provides all aspects of care based on standardsestablishedby the American Physical Therapy Association.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)


  1. Education:Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist programrequired.
  2. License/Certifications:Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Physical Therapistrequiredor in compliance with the state practice act. Current BLS certificationrequiredor mustobtainwithin30 daysof start date. Positions in Home Care will require current valid Driver's License withvehicleavailable for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
  3. Experience:One year of experience working in a hospital, long-term care, home, school system, or outpatient Physical Therapy department preferred.
