We are hiring a: Production Team Leader


Columbia, MO (Onsite)


About the Role


The Production Team Leader plays a critical leadership role within our Columbia manufacturing facility, overseeing a defined portion of the business and ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer and organizational goals.


What You'll Do


- Oversee daily production activities to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets.


- Manage production schedules, manpower, and labor allocation.


- Align staffing, materials, and capacity with short- and long-term plans.


- Drive KPI execution including revenue, quality, margins, and delivery.


- Coach and develop production team members.


What You'll Need to Succeed


- Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or production.


- Strong understanding of schedules, manpower planning, and labor management.


- Ability to coach, train, and develop team members.


- Strong communication and problem solving skills.


- Experience with Lean or Continuous Improvement preferred.


- Ability to work Monday-Thursday, 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
