Summary The Project Support Coordinator serves as a key member of the Student Affairs Facilities and Capital Assets team, providing administrative, coordination, and operational support across facilities, asset, and capital-related initiatives. This position supports multiple Student Affairs departments by helping track requests and projects, maintain organized records and documentation, coordinate communication, and support day-to-day operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused. While the position supports facilities and project work, the primary focus is coordination, tracking, documentation, and follow-through. The position contributes to the readiness and smooth operation of Student Affairs spaces by ensuring accurate tracking, timely communication, and consistent processes across teams, vendors, and campus partners. Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This position may require occasional evening or weekend hours in support of departmental or campus needs. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and one year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
