We are looking for capable, innovative, and enthusiastic achievers to join our team and grow with us. We are currently seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel for our site in Charleston, TN. What you will do: The Senior Corporate Counsel provides strategic legal counsel to Wacker Chemical Corporation and its affiliates with a primary focus on procurement, logistics, real estate, and customs matters, while also supporting sales, quality, corporate governance, and general commercial activities. This role leads legal support for complex sourcing structures, directprocurement and supply agreements, and endtoend supplychain operations, including legal support of U.S. import and export compliance. The Sr. Corporate Counsel partners closely with business stakeholders to enable commercial objectives, manage risk, and ensure compliance across domestic and international transactions.
