Traveling PD-10 Operator- Jacksonville, FL

Moss Solar, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025, is hiring Equipment Operators to support our growing solar projects. This is a traveling Solar PD10 Operator role supporting projects across Florida. If you have experience operating heavy equipment and can handle physical labor in various weather conditions, apply today!

* Safely operate PD-10 Heavy Equipment
* Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement as needed.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
* Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup.
* Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations.
* Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.

* Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment (solar or construction experience preferred).
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
* Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8+ hrs a day.
* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat).
* Willingness to travel for solar projects across New Mexico and Texas.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
* Pre-employment drug test required.
* Other duties as assigned.
