Overview: The Inventory Analyst is responsible for analyzing over $500M worth of aircraft inventory to both optimize ownership levels and determine proper station allocations based on financial and operational requirements. Responsible for accomplishing long range forecasting of material needs based on projected consumption levels and updating ownership levels accordingly. Collaborate with the stakeholders within Inventory Management to update the allocation model as necessary to optimize ownership levels and allocations. The Inventory Analyst will also be responsible for monitoring all inventory metrics, including financial and developing corrective actions to address variances in inventory performance. Responsible for creating simulations to determine the impact of component modifications and other reliability initiatives on the ownership levels and allocations. Assist in accomplishing unserviceable material dispositioning to ensure proper flow into the repair cycle. When required, perform inventory accuracy evaluations remotely and on-site.
