Kratos has an exciting opportunity for aiFinancial Planner/Analyst with the following job responsibilities:

• Lead EVMS implementation and reporting to ensure program cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
• Develop, analyze, and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
• Partner with program managers and engineering teams to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with government and industry standards for EVMS reporting.

Position is contingent upon successful contract award.

• Specify any minimum required skill sets for this position:
• Bacheloris degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Masteris preferred).
• Proven experience with EVMS tools, reporting, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in government contracting or defense industry preferred.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Specify any preferred skill sets that are inice-to-have but not minimum requirements (as necessary):
• Experience with DoD or Aerospace programs.
• Familiarity with IMP/IMS/Finance integration and contract deliverables.
• Ability to lead finance teams and mentor junior schedulers

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $107,000-$134,000
