IT Solutions Developer

The IT Solutions Developer is responsible for fulfilling the Information Services needs of multiple departments by providing reporting, software development and support functions for third party purchased and in-house developed software systems. This position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance for both internal and contracted Information Services department staff.

Pay:
The targeted pay range for this job is $82,000 - $95,000 annually. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintains, supports and troubleshoots Ecumen's integrations including, but not limited to, HRIS, Microsoft, Clinical and Financial systems.

2. Researches, tests, and implements new systems, new features of existing systems, and system upgrades.

3. Provides support to assigned systems including performing preventative maintenance, resolving issues, ensuring the integrity of data, testing system changes, and following up with users to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.

4. Identifies new ways that technology can support the goals and objectives of other business units/departments.

5. Partners with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to develop datasets and reports and educate users on how to use programs and reports efficiently and effectively.

6. Creates and maintains documentation for systems and processes.

IT Solutions Developer Minimum Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or Information Systems

* Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats

* Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices

* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to adapt to changing of supported software development technology

* Exposure to generative AI-supported software development

* Exposure to object-oriented programming

* Exposure to reporting tools, software, and other applications

* Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, etc.

* Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

* Strong technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Integrated Development Environments for software development

* Experience working with APIs

* Experience with serverless environments

* Experience with .NET, C#, Node.js, Python and SQL programming languages
