General Purpose: Supports business units by providing analytical, operational, and project support across key business functions. The role compiles and interprets data, supports cross-functional projects, assists in preparing leadership materials, and contributes to operational efficiency initiatives. Operational functions may include but are not limited to communications, events and meeting management, reporting, and metrics/analytics. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement across departments
- Provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support to multiple departments by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
- Partner with management to implement improvements in operational strategies, processes, and systems
- Create detailed reports that summarize findings and provide insights
- Assist in the implementation and adoption of new technologies
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events, compile planning details including costs and attendance lists, coordinate travel logistics, prepare and distribute meeting materials, support onsite logistics during events, assist with tracking and reconciling event expenses
- Develop communication content in partnership with the internal or external customer from initiation to closure, ensuring the successful and timely execution of deliverables; work with the internal corporate communications team to ensure content is presented and delivered effectively, on-brand, and preserve DFA's tone.
- Serve as the liaison between local employees and corporate support functions, acting as the first point of contact for questions, requests, and issue resolutions to ensure employees receive timely guidance and support.
- Coordinate or support projects concurrently between internal departments (Marketing, Hauling, Member Relations, Accounting, Etc.) or company teams (Finance, IT, other Areas) and/or with external partners and customers, including those with high visibility or of a complex nature; act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

Travel: 15%-25% (1-2 times per quarter) Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in business, agriculture, analytics, marketing, or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, reporting or administrative support.

- Solid understanding of business operations within the business unit/area/group being supported
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable insight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Working knowledge of operational policies and procedures, with the ability to route inquiries appropriately
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
- Able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Able to take initiative in performing job and seek increased responsibilities
- Able to maintain highly confidential information and exercise good judgment when handling confidential and sensitive situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, data analysis tools, and business intelligence software such as Power Bi
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
