Introduction to the Role

We are seeking a dynamicSenior Material Handler to oversee material operations within the customer fab. This role is critical to ensuring seamless material flow, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence in a high-tech cleanroom environment. Roles and Responsibilities:
Audits all goods coming from manufacturing to be packaged Conduct Cycle counts on inventory. Oversee operational performance in a 3rdparty atmosphere, ensuring all partners operate at the highest level of quality, alignment, and efficiency to support fab operations. Manage inbound deliveries from 3PL (DHL), update material flow trackers (MFT, MHR, R2D), and communicate emergency order arrivals. Supports project improvements in work area Logs receipts via computer system(s). Lead cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock levels using SAP and other inventory tools. Packages line down parts coming from work centers. Coordinates with Work Cells to resolve discrepant receipts. Files documentation in accordance with department procedures. Processes and packages shipments. Facilitate material movement across cleanroom zones (Laydown Area, SUBFAB, System Work Area) and maintain housekeeping standards. Ensure accurate logging of material transactions and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead GEMBA walks, and ensure 6S adherence. Expedite critical materials during machine hard-downs and support engineering teams with timely logistics. Oversee Perfect Material Return (PMR) processes and ensure proper packaging, documentation, and handover. Champion a safety-first culture by adhering to PPE requirements and proactively addressing safety concerns. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 3+ months of experience working as a Material Handler with the ASML CSCM team is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats. Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building. Will require work for periods of time at a computer terminal, interspersed with meetings, phone calls and other communications activities. Receives and counts of manufactured goods
Skills
Proficiency in Outlook and Excel. SAP experience preferred. Familiarity with MFT, MHR, R2D, and warehouse tracking systems. Experience handling heavy materials using pallet jacks and carts.

CWW Front Half Nights - Saturday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday (7p-7a) While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. The employee is occasionally required to move around the campus. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. May require travel dependent on business needs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Can work under deadlines. The environment generally is moderate in temperature and noise level. Must be able to wear disposable rubber gloves for entire duration of shift. Wearing of eye protection in manufacturing areas is required. Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents. Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work. Can learn and apply new information or skills.
Role within the Factory Responsibilities
Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 35-50 pounds at least twice a day and spend the majority of time (greater than 90% less break time) on the floor working on tool sets, walking three to five miles a day, and/or standing/sitting for nine hours. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
