JOB SUMMARY |
The Staff Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager's staff managers including Production, Planning, Quality/Test, Purchasing, Manufacturing/CI, and Safety, matrixed functions of Engineering and HR, and visiting executives and customers. |
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Creating, editing and distributing written communications as directed, to include reports, executive letters, meeting minutes, action items lists, and memorandums,
- Coordination of employee meetings as well as with other company personnel or external visitors and or customers.
- Operate and provided a high degree of professionalism in work output, communication as well as employee and customer interactions
- Provides hands-on training for staff and key management in personal computing skill
- Coordinate and arrange travel and other hospitality requirements for Leadership Team as well as all employees requiring business travel, with a major focus on cost reduction.
- Events Planning - works with hotel and catering contacts and vendors for event planning, contract negotiations and pricing.
- Provide administrative support to customer and guests.

- Must exercise considerable initiative and enjoy working independently.
- Being highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize according to urgency and proven discretion with highly confidential information/documents
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Self-starter with ability to follow through on projects and assignments.
- Maintain productivity in fast-paced environment while determining project priorities.

| EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE |
Required Education / Experience
- High school diploma with at least 5 five years of business support experience.
- Executive assistant to multiple managers, or office management.
Preferred Education / Experience
- Associate's degree in business related field with knowledge of SAP/ERP Systems and advanced Microsoft Suite/Excel Skills. Clerical skills in a production or manufacturing background
