Overview of this Position:

Oversee the execution of tasks while working with others in support of Shift Supervisor. Responsible for operating and leading all labeling and packaging areas while directing staff. Coordinate operational tasks to meet all guidelines of established procedures and GMP regulations.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:?

  • Bachelor's degree in life science or equivalent training and/or experience is necessary.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience of relevant pharmaceutical packaging experience required.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience and expertise of regulated products with a thorough understanding of cGMP, FDA guidelines

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide direction and support to the Finishing team to ensure optimal cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the operational areas and equipment.
  • Support the training process, procedures, and records for labeling and packaging.
  • Review Master Batch Records and supporting documentation such as logs and forms, ensuring compliance to GDPs.
  • Train new hires as well as veteran employees.
  • Clearly communicate direction to Finishing and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in quality investigations with regards of labeling and packaging.
