As we consolidate multiple benefit lines (HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, enrollment, claims, and more) into a single, unified mobile experience, mobile is no longer an extension of the portal-it is the foundation. As a Senior Product Manager - Mobile, you will define and lead the multi-year vision for our mobile platform. This role goes beyond feature delivery-you will shape strategy, drive competitive differentiation, and ensure our mobile app delivers seamless, human-centered experiences at scale. You will operate at a strategic level, setting direction for mobile initiatives while partnering closely with engineering, UX, analytics, domain product managers, and business stakeholders to bring that vision to life. This is a high-visibility role with significant ownership and the opportunity to influence WEX's mobile-first transformation across the Health & Benefits organization. How You'll Make an Impact

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
