You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support teams through clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response procedures at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, common areas, loading and receiving areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points by observing for valid credentials, directing visitors to sign-in procedures as required, and communicating escalations to site management and/or on-site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical calls, and/or policy violations, and notify appropriate contacts as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations in detailed written reports and/or electronic logs, and assist with video review or camera monitoring when assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
