Are you passionate about helping others achieve their full potential? Do you want to make a positive impact in your community? Join our team at Professional Services Group as a Youth Support Specialist! JOB SUMMARY: The Intensive In-Home Services (IIHS) program at PSG provides therapeutic and parenting services to families involved in or at risk of becoming involved in the formal social services system for abuse, neglect, truancy, and/or delinquency issues. IIHS programming strives to preserve the family, reduce out-of-home placements, and aid in reunification where necessary. Our team of Parent Mentors, Therapists, Youth Support Specialists, and Substance Abuse Counselors provide intensive in-home services to families to address such issues including, but not limited to mental health, alcohol/other drug abuse, parenting, and family conflict. As the Youth Support Specialist, you will provide individual skill development and support to youth and adults referred through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program. You'll help clients achieve their individualized goals by assisting them in their journey toward success. Our program is all about making a difference in the lives of our clients and their families. We offer a range of services including individual meetings, fun recreational activities that build social skills, crisis intervention, school support, and parent contact. This is a great opportunity for both experienced professionals and recent graduates looking to transition into the human services/mental health field. Apply today to join our team!
