Description
Job Title: Laboratory Manager I Reports to: Laboratory or Technical Director Job Summary: The Laboratory Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Laboratory. This role ensures that testing is performed accurately and in compliance with quality standards, oversees technical training, resolves technical issues, and supports continuous improvement. The Laboratory Manager plays a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting the laboratory's overall operational goals. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises staff, including hiring, scheduling, and assigning work, reviewing performance, and recommends salary increases, promotions, transfers, demotions, or terminations.
