Estimated annual base pay: $21.63 (min)- $27.88 (mid)- $34.62 (max)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Quality Technician I, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conduct Quality Inspections: Performs routine inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

  • Follow Standard Procedures: Adheres to defined standard operating procedures during all quality control processes.

  • Document Quality Data: Accurately records and maintains quality control data and test results for analysis and reporting.

  • Communicate Technical Information: Shares quality related information and findings with team members to support collaborative efforts.

  • Address Routine Issues: Identifies and resolves straightforward quality problems using existing protocols and analytical methods.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in applying basic analytical methods to assess product quality.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experienced with standard scientific and analytical equipment used in quality testing.

  • Quality Assurance: Knowledgeable in adhering to quality guidelines and standard operating procedures.

  • Process Adherence: Skilled in following defined operational processes with accuracy and consistency.

  • Data Recording: Accurate in documenting test results and maintaining quality records.

  • Problem Identification: Capable of recognizing straightforward quality issues using established methods.

  • Team Collaboration: Effective in communicating technical information with team members.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in performing routine quality checks to ensure precise outcomes.

  • Basic Troubleshooting: Able to address simple problems using existing standard procedures.

  • Time Management: Efficient in managing time to complete routine tasks under close supervision.

Successful candidates typically have:

  • High School Diploma, or GED Equivalent

  • 1+ years of Quality Inspections

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
