We are seeking one highly organized Procurement Administrator to support supplier onboarding, vendor management, documentation control, and procurement department operations within a globally recognized automotive parts and aftersales organization. This is a long-term opportunity for a detail-driven professional who thrives in supplier communication, purchasing administration, and supply chain coordination.

Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch). Overtime or weekend hours may be required as business needs arise.

Compensation: $26.13 - $38.55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

Supplier Onboarding & Vendor Administration

• Set up new domestic and overseas suppliers in internal systems (GMDM, VAATZ, AMOS)
• Manage all supplier onboarding documentation including NDAs, Supplier Agreements (SPAs), banking information, and compliance paperwork
• Process Basic Purchase Agreements and new supplier registrations
• Assist vendors with bidding system training and technical support
• Maintain the Purchasing mailbox and organize supplier communications

Supplier Surveys, Assessments & Compliance Tracking

• Send and collect supplier surveys and assessments
• Track certificate renewals and ensure documentation compliance
• Maintain accurate records to support audits, internal reviews, and negotiations
• Support supplier vetting, registration, and development initiatives
• Communicate tariff notices and collect supplier responses

Procurement & Cross-Functional Support

• Organize and maintain procurement data for analysts, including tooling records, NAQRs, and cost savings data
• Compile and track spreadsheets, supplier performance metrics, and monthly reports
• Create and run queries to establish reports with graphs and trend analysis
• Maintain supplier master data, tooling databases, raw materials databases, and profitability reports
• Support Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Supply, Sales, and Finance with supplier-related discrepancies
• Assist Engineering with purchasing sample parts and materials for development and quality evaluation
• Coordinate logistics for supplier meetings, symposiums, and quarterly presentations

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of automotive or related industry experience preferred
• Background in supplier onboarding, procurement administration, supply chain coordination, vendor management support, or purchasing operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with RFQ processes, billing reconciliation, and wholesale OE environments preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional supplier interaction
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and documentation control
• An analytical mindset with the ability to compile reports and interpret data trends
• Understanding of confidentiality standards and ethical business practices
• Willingness to travel domestically and potentially overseas for supplier visits or training
