Onsite: 4 times a week Accounting admin work Top 3 skillsets: multitasking, detail oriented, working with numbers Full JD attached Knowledge of: o Basic accounting concepts. o General office procedures. o Facilities and Construction trades and union contracts is helpful but not required. Skill In: o MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. o Computer savvy with the ability to learn in-house programs (TAAS, Ariba and SAP helpful but not required) Experience using Archibus preferred but not required. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Strong analytical skills and sound judgment. o Self-starter, proactive and detail-oriented. o Excellent organizational and time-management skills. o Strong problem solving skills. o Typing speed of 45 wpm. o 10 key preferred. Ability To: o Must be flexible with changing job requirements and be able to prioritize. o Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime when required. o Ability to maintain confidentiality. o Ability to follow directions Estimated Min Rate: $21.00 Estimated Max Rate: $30.00 What's In It for You?
