We are seeking an experienced investment professional to join a growing External Investments team focused on public and private credit strategies. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful responsibility in manager selection, portfolio construction, and Investment Committee reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and monitor external managers and co-investments, with emphasis on private credit

  • Lead investment due diligence, including qualitative and quantitative analysis of strategy, process, organization, and performance

  • Support asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management

  • Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to the Investment Committee

  • Lead portfolio reporting and Board materials preparation

  • Engage regularly with external managers, consultants, and internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to development of strategic and opportunistic investment themes



Qualifications
  • 7+ years of institutional investment experience (endowment, foundation, OCIO, family office, fund of funds, investment bank, or consulting firm preferred)

  • Experience allocating capital to external managers

  • Private credit experience strongly preferred

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel required)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • MBA, MSF, CFA, or CAIA preferred
