Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years is a quality or production role (specifically in a regulated industry like aerospace, automotive, medical device, etc.)
• Proficient in inspection techniques, sampling plans, and blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to use handheld gauges and measurement devices.
• Basic MS Word/Excel skills and good math proficiency.
• Familiarity with databases (MRP, Document Control, Access) preferred.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable attendance, and flexibility for overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections (receiving, in-process, final) using visual and dimensional methods.
• Interpret blueprints and customer specifications.
• Document control: data entry, scanning, certification packages.
• Write Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Support quality activities (MRB, audits, investigations).
• Create inspection reports, FAIRS, and calibration tasks.
