Parts Agent - Automotive Dealership Support

Location: Plano, TX

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

We are hiring an experienced Parts Agent in Plano, TX to provide phone-based support to automotive dealership parts departments. This role is ideal for candidates with strong automotive parts knowledge, electronic parts catalog experience, and customer service skills.

As a Parts Agent, you will handle incoming calls from dealership personnel, assisting with parts identification, availability, and technical inquiries. This position requires a solid understanding of automotive components, accessories, and model updates, along with the ability to quickly access and interpret electronic parts catalog systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls for dealership parts assistance
• Navigate and utilize automotive electronic parts catalogs
• Provide accurate information on new models, technical campaigns, and parts updates
• Research and resolve parts-related inquiries efficiently
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service over the phone

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive parts department experience
• Knowledge of electronic parts catalog systems
• 2 or more years of college education
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone and customer service abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Dealership parts experience
• ASE certifications
