| Essential Job Duties |
This position will be joining a team of three with responsibilities for management and oversight of a portfolio which includes
UNCHF accounts, trust fund accounts and professorship accounts. This includes serving as contact person for inquiries and resolving financial problems from management as well as principal investigators. The position performs a full range of accounting work which includes responsibility for maintaining accounting records of considerable complexity, reconciliation of monthly statements from university accounting systems, and generating reports for administrative managers and faculty. This position has responsibility to analyze data for accuracy, problem-solving, and interpret regulations while maintaining a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and communication skills.
Work Location: Mostly remote, with occasional in-office meetings required |
