Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the coordination, development and execution of key organizational development services, process, and solutions for Corewell Health. Provides a range of coordination and planning services to key strategies, programs, and processes within the Talent and Culture team. Works in collaboration with other Talent and Culture team members at the department, team, and individual levels to ensure critical work is executed with excellence, and insures strategic alignment and improved organizational performance. While the position affords the opportunity to be a generalist across Organizational Development subject matter areas, individuals in this position may also steward key initiatives and begin to build specialization in any one or multiple subject matter areas.

Essential Functions
  • Will manage targeted interventions and programming in the East region.
  • Supports and coordinates the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of organizational development and talent planning programs, tools, and processes in alignment with the organization's strategic direction. This includes the provision of coaching, facilitation, team development, and organizational development services, as well as needs, whole systems, and work analyses in consultation with HR Partners and leaders.
  • Functions as a steward and/or support member over assigned projects typically of basic to moderate complexity and smaller scale.
  • Assists in maintaining strategic partnerships with HR Partners, HR COE leaders, and system-wide executives to clarify, communicate, and act upon the vision and goals of relevant department or entities through various change management initiatives, OD methodologies, and workforce interventions and strategies to foster organization learning and enhancements in group/organizational norms, values, and culture.
  • Collaborates with T&C team members and leadership to proactively addresses and responds to OD and workforce related issues by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes and performance gaps and recommend an appropriate set of interventions.
  • Operates as key point of contact and connection to conduct intake and translation of team effectiveness requests, as well as At our Core workshop logistics and communication.
  • Helps to assess risk for various organization development-related initiatives and suggests and implements actions to mitigate negative impacts.
  • Collaborates in improving team and departmental functioning by: facilitating group, departmental, and organizational planning, administering instruments to analyze team behavior, and resolving group conflict in order to influence organizational behavior change and improve productivity, decision making, and performance.
  • Provides support in developing standards, policies, and procedures to support high quality OD services. Evaluates and evolves OD-related services on regular basis and makes enhancements to processes, tools, and strategies as necessary.
Qualifications

Required

  • 2 years of relevant experience Organization Development, Business Administration, or HR

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Organization Development, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, and/or other transferable degree
