Why This Role Is Critical
As the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager, you will define and execute the strategic roadmap for our SAP landscape, ensuring total alignment with corporate goals. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, you will drive value-based initiatives, oversee system design and validation, and foster continuous improvement across Supply Chain, FICO, PM&S, and Manufacturing modules. As a working manager, you will lead a team of Business Process Analysts and technical experts while providing hands-on support.
What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Define and Execute the SAP CoE Strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals as primary contact, ensuring customer involvement and acceptance regarding systems design, functionality and testing.
- Ensures adequate coordination, preparation and documentation for end user training on new functionality and upgrades.
- Partner with business leaders to shape the SAP roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver value.
- Lead a team of Business Process Analysts and SAP Technical experts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes across Supply Chain, FICO, PM&S and Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated project leadership.
- Strong knowledge of SAP workstreams and business processes.
- Change leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Directs a team of SAP experts to provide vision and priorities on Business processes evolutions and provide assistance on key business processes working closely with the business network.
- Assists in the compilation and management of budgets.
- Provide for the development of staff and resources to ensure effective support for the business.
- Ensures customer involvement and acceptance regarding systems design, functionality and testing.
- Ensures adequate coordination, preparation and documentation for end user training on new functionality and upgrades.
- Manager is back-up for SAP Business Specialists on team (working manager).
- Establish and build working relationships with global peers to manage global SAP implementation.
- Execute project management & OPEX skills on local and global projects.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- Previous management experience.
- Expert understanding of financial principals, data gathering and analysis and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of financial systems.
- Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP project leadership and management of support teams.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP workstreams (Supply Chain, FICO, Manufacturing).
- Strong change leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Total Rewards Package
- Salary: $133,000-$181,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
